Eben Meintjies is hoping that justice will prevail after one of his twin daughters was brutally beaten with a belt.
Last Monday, 10-year-old Angelique Meintjies was with her twin sister Jacqueline, and a friend, playing on the grounds of Boksburg Prison, where they live with their mother.
