Johannesburg Central Police arrested a 26-year-old Zimbabwean national for rape at Union Motors flat corner Nugget and Von Weilligh Street on February 25, 2014 at 7pm.
It is alleged that a suspect raped a 25-year-old female on February 24, 2014 at 10.3opm. The victim was sleeping in her room when a suspect who stays at the same building and works with his man came to her room. He started to touch her and raped her without her consent.
Suspect is detained in Johannesburg cell facing a charge of rape and he will appear soon in Johannesburg Magistrates’ Court.
