Netcare 911 paramedics and other services responded to an accident on the N1 south bound by the R21 turn-off in Pretoria on Friday evening November 29, 2013.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that a motorcycle had overturned leaving a woman in a critical condition and a man in a serious condition.
“Both patients were treated on scene before they were rushed to hospital for the urgent medical care that they required”, said Santi Steinmann of Netcare 911.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events are unknown, and will remain the subject of a police investigation.
