- Jean-Pierre Malan and his girlfriend Maruschka Robinson, a former stripper accused of killing Dustan Blom and leaving his body in the boot of his car at Montecasino appeared in the Randburg Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
Robinson was arrested on September 24, and Malan on September 26, during their last appearance, prosecutor Yusuf Baba told the court Robinson had made a confession.
Baba said the State would lead evidence stating that when Blom was charged with drinking and driving in Maylast year, Robinson helped with his release.
“Robinson had access to cards, passports, identity document before Blom was killed he said.
The State would show the murder was premeditated, Baba said
